The Small Claims Court is very user friendly.
The "judges" look favourably upon GPs. Well they do in Rotherham. Market
Surgery 2 - Rotherham Council 0 :-)
You should speak to the clerk and ask if you could *buy* a new 'copier and
claim it against the company.
