We did *exactly* that last year.
As a GPFH this was not what was expected of us:-)
The trap of a business plan is that if you divert from it you can be "had".
The trap of a business plan is that it mostly *crap*.
Grey suits do not undestand this:-(
However, what they do understand is that for a GPFH unless you "plan"
savings they are classed as fortuitus and may have to be handed back.
