Of course, if you want to really screw someone using win95 up, you use
Paintshop Pro, take a screenshot of their workspace, save it as a .bmp,
remove all the icons from the desktop and insert the screenshot bitmap as
their background. It is best to be some distance away when they discover
why clicking on their icons isn't working...
