A GP I work with is trying to convince me to get him a laptop, on the
grounds that he will save loads of time working at home on reports, audit,
DMAC work and suchlike without the distractions of the surgery. I'm trying
to put together a good case for the health authority to fund it, so...
1) Has anyone found laptops to be a help/hindrance? If so, why..?
2) What software would he need to access the EMIS data at his surgery?
thanks in advance
