And also because (personal experience here) drugs with a name starting with
"Z" work better (?inflates placebo response). It also has a significantly
shorter half life than fluoxetine. I once had a patient develop a
significant drug rash with Prozac and in spite of proper treatment it was
seven days before he quit developing new lesions. It sticks around a long
time!
