Why stop at high tech HP? Dead hard to demonstrate positive effect of
ANY HP. Still, I too would be interested in any studies. I do know that
HEBS have put evaluation in place.
Another Scottish system called HealthPoint (touch screen patient info on
conditions etc) has been installed in pubs, swimming pools, etc. It's
been fairly well evaluated (refs on request). Only a few hundred quid,
but touch screen PC + booth adds a few thousand.

That's the whole point. Our embrionic Scottish web policy will encourage
its use for all Scottish health-related sites. Design template including
HTML code will be made available, whether to contractors or to DIY folk.
