Perhaps "Doctor" magazine would like to phone me after 11.00 am to discuss
this point. I was asked for a comment and said that I was too busy, they
would see the reply on GP-UK. That does not in my view amount for permision
to publish. I'm sure that yhey do.
(I'm sorry to wast all your bandwith GP-UKer's but I couldn't find their
e-mail address as I don't keep old magazines)
