I quote from the "Guidance Notes for the Memorandum of Arrangement
for the use of the Syntegra Managed MHS Framework Contract" issued
by IMG, Article 8:
"User Agreement to pay for messages received fron non NHS users of
MMHS
To ensure that the security of the MHS is maintained, messages from
outside the NHS have to enter the service via a secure gateway.
Syntegra have no contractual relationship with the organisations who
send messages from outside the service and therefore have no means of
billing them for the messages delivered. It has therefore been
agreed that if a User wishes to receive messages from such
organisations, they will be responsible for any message charges
incurred. If the User does not wish to receive and pay for such
messages, this should be identified on the Memorandum of
Arrangement."
Make your own conclusions, mine are:....hmmm....better not!
