Note that if your staff have access to the net on a computer that you
own/run/have an account in your name, if they have such material and you are
unable to show who had downloaded it, you might be charged. It is already
happening in the good old US of A. If your staff have access to the net in
your name I would reccommend a programme called Secret Agent. This
reconstructs web pages with working links that have been followed, from the
cache pages. The URL is http://www.ariel.co/sagent and the programme is
shareware. You can keep track of what has been downloaded and from where much
more easily.
