Invisible (I mean this seriously!), has sense of humour and
innovative.

- manage everything other than clinical tasks (mine even helps with
that in the sense that she goes out with PN on the 'flu jab
expeditions', sometimes organises my lunch and she bakes wonderful
cakes..yum!
- changing all the time like everything does.

Of course, silly :-)

Nop.
> How are the partners involved in management? Has this changed?
I am in a prtnership of one. PM and I make decisions on the wing as
it were. Decision making involves all the team in a benevolent
patriachal way. Decision making is quick, effective and preserves
our rights to change our minds or say no! Another advantage is that
change can be implemented immediately without any nancying around.
Can't imagine how a partnership of, say, 8 docs would function
in terms of decision making ;-)
