Au contraire. I think it's all about local groupings, helped by
'template' contracts. So I agree with your other ideas.
Intriguingly, Ross then states:

Does this mean we don't need point-to-point (line) encryption? ;-]
(OK I sound a bit mischievous, but I would appreciate your response. This
is one of many areas where one feels less-educated than one should be)
