I saw one case about 15 years ago and then about 5 years ago I saw
several cases within about 2 months that I thought were very suspicous enough to convince
the consultants. Later on I found out that there had been an
"epidemic" of about 30 cases in the region which has several hundred
doctors. I have not seen any cases that made me suspicous since then.
Considering the cases that I saw makes me think that the disease
could easily be missed and the incidence vastly under reported.
