IMHO, I think that .sig files are essential - it's not an issue of
adversting, but merely so as to be clear where people are coming from
- if Lynn and James had just signed themselves Lynn and James, then
some readers wouldn't even know who they were.
IMHO I thought they were very open about declaring an interest and
their posts were intended to be constructive, and not abuse their
priviledg of being in the group.
I'd prefer people to add .sig files, but it's a personal thing.
