illustrate...
As a Practice Nurse (or anyone else for that matter), you'll be able to
set up a Health Enterprise Zone. Employ a few GPs on Practice Nurse
salaries, and write into their contract essentials like making your
coffee.
You see? It's easy to discharge this responsibility. Trouble is, you
then have to use lots of funny things called smileys to show them that
you're not at all serious. Do not use :-p (tongue stuck out). You
could however try 7:^| (apparently means Ronald Reagan).
