I have 3 PCs networked using win95. I solved the problem by puting
internal modems in each PC. At least if one of them fails then I have a
spare, already set up and ready to go. I also use the answerphone
facility so that messages can be left, either by staff using the
internal telephone lines or friends phoning into the surgery.
