My wife ("Dr Sue" of "The Weekly News" & "My Weekly" infamy)
(don't worry, unless you're 80+ and like either soaps or
romantic short stories, it's unlikely that you will have
heard of either of these august journals) ...
has received a letter from a reader:
Dear Dr Sue,
My doctor tells me I have Robin Hood Disease. It is a very
bad rash over my body. I am 85 years old and never heard
of it. Would like to no if you had.
My wife hasn't heard of it. I haven't heard of it. I can
find no mention of it in my collection of textbooks (old
and new).
Can anyone enlighten me?
PS the reader lives in Sheffield and I know there is a
Sheffield contingent on GP-UK so maybe it's one of
*your* patients!
Awaiting enlightenment.
