There is no other answer than to run personal lists but that has its own
problems (we don't have personal lists). Its difficult to be consistent
when there are 8 doctors in the practice protocols or no protocols.

I agree with you a 100% but what do you do when you move to practice
where a few partners do prescribe over the telephone - you end up
joining in. Even our newest partner is doing it now!
