BT HealthNet Response Line 0345-678767 given to me by a very slick
lady from BT in response to my request to register my interest in the
trial of HealthWeb.

RUA at 270 pounds is still too much, and, in your own words: it has
not been the simplest of tasks.
For the "nation" of the National Elf to populate the ghost towns and
mean streets of the network, access has to be cheap and dead simple.
They also need training, street maps and the ability to shed all
traces of xenophobia implied in the statement "BT's inward facing
server".
