Having looked at the web site of BT HealthWeb and decided to take
advantage of their "free" trial period of web hosting of a site that
was agreed with IMG, I authored a site specially for that service
and contacted BT to ask for details on how to upload the files.
Now, I am an "authorised" NHSNet thingy, i.e., I signed all the
papers and the Code of Connection and have an access agreement number
from BT and Mercury. I am not "physically" connected to NHSNet.
BT have just informed me that in order to have my site hosted on
their "Internet" site (HealthWeb), I will have to have a physical
connection to NHSnet and that they only allow ISDN2 connections.
Why?
Why?
Why?
Comments please.
If you wish to see the prototype site I mentioned above, go to:

P.S. you don't need ISDN2 to access that ;-)
