You won't get a single system doing all of that as a single package. You
could do worse than consider EMIS
Come and see our system up and running EMIS since 1990, Scanning since
1994 and using a combination of PC's MAC's and dummy wyse 120's, have
IOS links etc. Path links as near paperless as you can get but never
total paperless ness.
