The problem is one of instant recovery, you therefore need a copy file
server. The best solution might be a laptop with docking station as a mirror
server on a network. The full data is copied to the mirror in real time and
if there is a power failure, you undock, go to battery power and connect to a
printer (battery powered of course) to carry on computing. Only likely to
cost about 5k UKP. How worried are you and how much spare cash do you have!
