The service you propose is certainly of value. I visit between 4 and 5
different practices a week and I can safely say that a lot of them
are disorganised administratively.
Whether you get customers depends on a number of factors, not least of
which is price (more later). I have found that it is much easier to
sell products *and services* to GPs since the advent of fundholding.
Strange that!? It may be that your best target market place should be
fundholders although, ironically, it may be that they are already best
placed to be organised

You will meet resistance from the kind of practices where the practice
manager (generally called Betty, in my experience) started as a
receptionist at the age of 16 and now, approaching retirement age,
considers it appropriate to record patient deaths in a dog-eared
exercise book (which can seldom be found), on a whiteboard hidden
behind a filing cabinet and occasionally in the patient's computer
record.
