That's an extension to what I thought the ARs would do. I thought that they
were purely for administrative data - names & addresses of people &
organisations. The requirements may have changed - does any one have a clear
statement of the ARs capabilities?
Having a list of who was in which town (deduced from locations where record
fragments exist) leads to confidentiality questions (AIDS patients in
'small-town' travel to London for anonymous treatment).
