Our computer system has been down since late Friday a.m and so far it is not
clear when it will be up and running again. Our support agreement is worryingly
vague. Does anyone have any experience of this of situation? What sort of
response does EMIS usually provide? The staff are getting panicky as our last
provider gave an appalling response to problems of any kind.
