Barclays Life & Permanent Insurance Co are doing the same. All 3
companies have been contacted by the practice & we will just return any
forms that do not have signed consent forms. Hilary has received a copy
of my letter.
This flies in the face of the BMA security policy & guidelines - I'd be
interested to hear a comment from Ross...
