One of the many important things system-desigeners leave out is:
The handling of Exceptions.
People with no name, no birth-day, more names. funny names, more bithdays,
no healthcard, a funny healthcard, an other healthcard, etc, etc
The whole list can be very long.
It is very likely that in acute situations information will be missing and
whrer a system must be able to function well.
