I am NOT a GP, as mosy of you know. But can I put in an item for
your wish list:
* a proper support desk. This will be accessible at any time, with
a guaranteed response time to queries arising during working hours.
The GPs and the suppliers will have to agree what is meant by a
'response', by 'response time', and by 'working hours'.
