8MB costs 129UKP from Gateway (60ns EDO RAM)
BTW - they sent me 2 different 8MB RAM upgrades to move my machine from
16 > 32 MB --- result = disaster, complete failure, memory lockups all
over the place....be really careful to get the right stuff (in pairs)
for insertion onto the motherboard SIMMS sockets. You can mix & match
memory chips - but do it in pairs :-)
