I don't know about strategies to manage frequent consulters, but Richard
Neal of the Centre for Research in Primary Care at Leeds presented some
fascinating work at the AUDGP scientific meeting in July. There is an
abstract (no 39 of AUDGP abstracts: 'Freight trains and supernovas; what
are the different patterns of frequent attendance?') in the June issue
of Family Practice.
