I don't agree. It seems that a legitimate & potentially serious problem:
1. Has been identified by a Meditel user
2. The user felt the problem was urgent & may apply to other sites
3. All your users are now aware of the problem
4. Your steps to rectify the problem have been widely publicised
All of this is of legitimate interest to the AMUG BB & GP-UK.
If you have actually solved the problem then what have you got to worry
about?
I find this reassuringly democratic....I am also now in a position to
reassure other Meditel practices in North Yorks - for now :-)
The same applies to your analagy about getting medical advice for
yourself - though,
of course, if you wanted a public opinion you might have to forego your
right to privacy & confidentiality....
