Many thanks for David Evans for flagging this company.
I have checked further through the law and they are clearly in breach.
I have notified the Medicines Control Agency and Nirj Deva MP (who I
know personally and who has an interest in standards of busines practice
through the Internet and agreed to take it up with Dorrell today). I
have just learnt that the MCA have agreed QHI are in breach, and are
taking action against the company.
A success for gp-uk.
