Whether or not you are entitled to NHS treatment depends on residency
and not whether you are a UK national. If you live abroad and are
visiting the Uk you should be seen as a private patient and not as a
temporary patient. If however you have moved back to the UK and are
going to be resident here then you are entitled to NHS treatment.
