Your HA is correct (though form has of course just changed to
GMS something).
List of claimable imms is in red book.
You can ONLY charge your NHS patients for those things laid
out in Schedule 2 (of regulation 3(2)) paragraph 38 of the
NHS (GMS) regs 1992, statutory instrument No 635.

i.e. if the Red book doesn't pay _and_ it is for travel
abroad, then you can charge what you like.
Financial pulse in Feb of this year said you then couldn't
write an FP10. I disagree as I can find no reference to that
in ToS.
