Hi, I'm running a very large data analysis in randomise (after VBM). Every time I launch randomise_parallel it errors out with a "Bad Alloc" error saying that it cannot read the input volume (which, indeed is 2.1G), so I'm assuming the file is just too large for the grid job that is being launched.
when I was working with VBM, and had a similar issue, I ended up adding an "-R 6400" to the fsl_sub commands in the various scripts. Looking at the randomise_parallel script, I see there are two fsl_sub commands, one in stage 1 and one in stage 2.
Any input as to whether adding the increased memory request (1) is a likely solution to my issue and (2) would be needed in both fsl_sub commands?
thank you
Martin
