Hi all

Please do share with your networks.

Many thanks to anyone who has already completed this survey.

I'm looking for participants to complete a survey for research on exhaustion in UK academia from the perspective of people with Energy Limiting Conditions/Chronic Illness/Energy Impairment: any conditions in which energy impairment and debilitating fatigue are key symptoms (e.g. neurological, musculoskeletal, auto-immune diseases, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia and Long Covid). For more information see: https://chronicillnessinclusion.org.uk/2021/04/28/what-are-energy-impairment-and-elci/

If you currently work, or have previously worked, in UK academia and have an Energy Limiting Condition/ Chronic Illness / Energy Impairment, please consider completing this survey: https://app.onlinesurveys.jisc.ac.uk/s/liverpool/pilot-experiences-of-academics-with-energy-limiting-conditions-

The survey is part of an ISRF funded project on burnout, exhaustion and ableism in UK academia from the perspective of academics with Energy Limiting Conditions: https://exhaustioneconomy.uk/

For the purpose of this research, we’re defining academic work as any role in which substantial contractual responsibilities involve teaching and/or research in Higher Education, including delivery of HE programmes in Further Education institutions.

Any questions, please contact me, Dr Bethan Evans at [log in to unmask]

Many thanks!
All the best
Bethan
