Moving Through Shakespeare.
This is a Shapes in Motion Workshop with Hannah Miller (Casting Director, RSC) Anna McSweeney (Voice Coach, RSC), and Sarah Perry (Movement & Performance Coach)
FULL DAY IN THE STUDIO, Sunday 10th March 2024 10-5pm, Sadler's Wells, London
Hannah, Sarah and Anna are very excited to come together to share this workshop with you, sharing their expertise within the realm of Shakespeare and Performance from their shared and varied perspectives.
We will kick off with a vocal warm up, led by Anna developing into a journey of movement and character exploration led by Sarah, playing with text, character, physical embodiment, connection to breath, emotion and more. Prior to the workshop please learn a short Shakespearean monologue of your choice, to become familiar with, and to work on within the session. Be ready to be inspired, motivated and most of all to have fun!
