Dear SPM-Experts,
I have recently encountered a problem that concerns the statistical representation of all significant clusters. Not all statistical values are displayed when using the 'Call Results' function of the TFCE toolbox. In the graphical illustration, three significant clusters are visible, for which statistical parameters are available for only two clusters.
Interestingly, when I load the data into the CAT12 toolbox, it defines all three clusters with their corresponding p-values and brain areas. This error hasn't occurred to me before and has equally surprised my colleagues. Unfortunately, the CAT12 toolbox doesn't allow me to determine both the peak cluster with corresponding MNI coordinates and the TFCE statistics, which I need to include in my manuscript.
Has anyone encountered this problem before, or has an idea, or an alternative method to access this data?
I have already attempted several approaches, including updating the toolbox, recalculating, and loading the logarithmic data into the GIFTI toolbox.
Moreover, rounding errors were ruled out as well.
I would be extremely grateful for any support and advice.
Best,
Jonathan
