We are delighted to extend a personal invitation to you for the "Networks of Practice: creative & cultural sector development for the Solent region" half-day symposium hosted by Creative Network South and the Film & Media Department at Solent University on Friday, 19th January 2024.

This symposium promises to be a pivotal event for scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and strategists in the creative and cultural sectors. Building on the success of the "Effecting Change" symposium, we will delve into how networks and the evolving dynamics within these sectors can promote growth, sustainability, and inclusivity in post-pandemic landscapes.

Highlights Include:
- Keynotes from leading experts in the field.
- An insightful panel from Groningen University, discussing the sustainable entry of young entrepreneurs into rural creative markets.
- Case studies on growing creative and cultural networks within economic ecosystems.

This is a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge research, network with peers, and contribute to shaping the future of the creative and cultural industries.

Please confirm your attendance by registering via our Eventbrite booking link as spaces are limited.

Date: 12-4pm, Friday 19th January 2024 (lunch included)
Location: The Spark, East Park Terrace, Southampton, SO14 0YN.
