eCCSA Practice Network Symposium 2024: Exploring the Intersection of Creative Practice and Intelligent Technologies
Join us for an enlightening two-day symposium at Ravensbourne University, London, delving into the dynamic relationship between creative practice research and emerging “intelligent” technologies. This event, in partnership with the MeCCSA Practice Network, promises to be a hub of innovative ideas and discussions.

Dates: June 20 & 21, 2024 

Location: Ravensbourne University, London and the Institute for Creativity and Technology in the North Greenwich Design District.

Keynote Speaker: Prof. Tracey Harwood, De Montfort University

About the Symposium:

Dive into critical conversations about how AI, Machine Learning, Virtual Reality, and other advanced technologies are reshaping creative practices. From virtual productions to the environmental impact of technology, this symposium covers a range of compelling topics. It’s an ideal platform for scholars, technologists, artists, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and inspire new research directions.

Call for Submissions:

We invite you to submit proposals for papers, presentations, workshops, or panel debates that align with our key themes, including technological intelligence, immersivity, virtual productions, and more. Creative approaches to presentations are highly encouraged.

Submission Deadline: Friday, March 15, 2024
