Happy New Year!

Did you know that you study more efficiently if you regularly move your body? Especially in the process of studying and meeting deadlines, self care is more important than ever. If this was part of your New Year’s resolutions too, have you ever thought of practising Qi Gong?

It’s a simple, yet profound movement approach that strengthens body, heart and mind. Once you get the hang of it, you can easily choose 1 or 2 movements to do after an hour of desk work. This will help you get back to your reading or writing with new energy and a focused mind.

I’d love to invite you to my online Qi Gong studio, which you can try out for free for two weeks! This practice really makes a difference of day and night on my level of concentration, sleep and general wellbeing, and perhaps even more importantly, to release stress and emotions like fear of failure, lack of self confidence, irritation, or worry.

Each week there are 3 classes of different lengths and intentions (4 if you speak Dutch!). You can join them live or watch the recordings in your own time. You need no experience to participate.

On Monday we’ll start 8 weeks of exploring the Water element, diving into deep yin, resourcing our kidneys and general energy, and working with the bones, joints and muscles. You learn to move like water, without resistance, flowing effortless from one moment to the next.

What others say:

“I’ve really enjoyed the classes I've done! It helped my sleep a lot and I enjoyed the movements and images in the class. Very clear and calm instructions to follow!”

“The sessions are a really good way to ‘end’ the day. They have been a real tonic, and even after a few minutes I feel the benefits. It releases tension, specifically from areas affected by being seated and typing. They warm me up and bring me back to my body and to the environment outside the house.”

Hope to “see” you in our virtual studio,

Dr. Eline Kieft
