Artists Sheila Ghelani and Sue Palmer will be in residence at UAL: Wimbledon (AG07) from Monday 12 until Thursday 15 February, working on their next collaborative 'show & tell' artwork, Atmospheric Forces, supported by Arts Council England.
The work is currently imagined as a performance event which explores atmosphere and the environment in a variety of ways. During their residency, Sue and Sheila will be trying out their ideas in practice and researching and developing this new work. This is the first of four residencies they are doing in 2024. Sheila and Sue have previously collaborated on Common Salt, a show and tell work about empire, nature and memory, previously performed at venues around the country including all UAL: Chelsea, and this new work builds on their practice and performance work.
You are invited to attend their Work In Progress sharing and discussion facilitated by Prof Adrian Kear on their last day, Thursday 15th February, from 17.00-18.30.

This second and final stage of making the work is funded by Arts Council England. The residency at UAL: Wimbledon is supported by the School of Performance and CCW Research.
