May I please draw your attention to a new opportunity within the Library Service at Queen Mary, University of London. We are recruiting a Library Buildings Development Manager to join our team.
Library Buildings Development Manager
FTE: 1.0 fte
Duration of Contract: Permanent
Salary: Grade 5 Salary in the range of £42,405 - £49,785
Annual Leave: 30 days, plus standard public holidays and additional closure days between Christmas and New Year
Location: Mile End, London, with some working at Whitechapel and West Smithfield

The role of Library Buildings Development Manager has been newly created and will join the Library Innovation and Planning team. The team has been created to support the cross-service working groups and Library teams with the prioritisation, planning, financial management, workforce management and operational implementation of a diverse range of projects and service improvements related to the digital and physical infrastructures supporting Library Services.
You will have experience of working with a range of stakeholders and contributing to the planning, management, and delivery of physical improvement projects. You will have experience of advocating for improvements by the preparation of robust business cases or project proposals, identifying where users’ needs are not met, and identifying fair and deliverable solutions.
