Just a quick announcement/reminder, the CONN 2023 functional connectivity workshop will be starting in a couple of weeks and there is still time to subscribe if you are interested. This workshop will take place ONLINE over five consecutive Mondays from 9am to 5pm EST (UTC−05:00), starting on Monday Nov 20 and ending on Monday Dec 18 2023.
CONN (https://www.conn-toolbox.org) is a popular SPM toolbox for functional connectivity analyses. It has been used in over 5000 published studies to date, it is ranked in the top 1% most frequently viewed and downloaded neuroimaging tools in NITRC, and it enjoys a large and active user community, with over 1,800,000 page-views and 13,000 user-support posts. CONN implements preprocessing, quality assurance, denoising, first- and second-level functional connectivity analyses, for both resting-state as well as task-based functional data.
The CONN toolbox workshop (https://www.conn-toolbox.org/workshops) offers intensive hands-on and highly interactive courses covering all aspects of functional connectivity analyses in CONN, and both beginners and advanced users are welcome. Classes will take place over Zoom on Mondays for five consecutive weeks, and there will be a bit of homework between consecutive weeks and office hours available to help with that.
