Hello all,
just as an update: I tried selecting the individual frames from the 4D
image using spm_select('ExtList',...) but got the follwoing error message:
Item 'Images', field 'val': Number of matching files (0) less than
required (1).
error('spm:spm_jobman:jobNotFilled', 'No executable modules, but still
unresolved dependencies or incomplete module inputs.');
So it seemed like, the way I did it was not correct. But just using the
4D-nifti as a whole worked without any issues.
There was even a little information in the MATLAB console, that showed
that the individual frames were detected and used, that looked like this:
1,1,1 2,1,1 3,1,1 4,1,1 5,1,1 6,1,1 7,1,1 8,1,1
9,1,1 10,1,1 11,1,1 12,1,1 13,1,1 14,1,1 15,1,1
16,1,1 17,1,1 ... (until all images were read).
So you can just use the 4D.nii file.
Best wishes, Falko
