Morning all,
Thanks everyone for the constructive feedback in yesterday's EPUG-UKI Alma exchange of experience call.
Here is the step by step guide that we mentioned yesterday

which includes the link for the instructional video.
If you have Alma - and hopefully OCLC WMS soon! - we look forward to working with you and helping you set up ISO exchange with us.
If you have any further technical questions, please send them to [log in to unmask] . For any policy questions, please contact me.
Kind regards, have a nice weekend.

Hello again,
Following up on my below email from January - a sincere thank you to those institutions who have responded positively to our move to ISO borrowing and lending.
We appreciate you liaising with us and taking the time to develop your workflows, and move away from inefficient email-based exchanges.
For those Alma institutions that have yet to make the switch over with us, we are giving a presentation this Thursday at the EPUG-UKI "Alma exchange of experience" call.
We will talk about what is needed to set this up, and give a short demo of how to add us as an ISO partner.
If you are an Alma customer and want to borrow items from LSE, but have not yet set up ISO exchange with us, please attend the call on Thursday.
The agenda and Teams link is here:

I am copying this to LIS-ILL and the EPUG-UKI mailing lists, so both institutional interlending operators and system librarians are aware.
Kind regards,
Kevin
