Dear colleague!
As we are moving deeper into Autumn, I’m happy to invite you to a new series of weekly Qi Gong classes. Until Christmas we’ll be focussing on the Metal element, which is all about respiration, the immune system, and inner courage.
Qi Gong is quite an all round self-care practice that includes qi-activation and self-massage, strengthening and stretching, better balance, and working with mindfulness and presence.
I teach 3 different classes each week (4 if you speak Dutch), that address different parts of the practice. You can join live via Zoom, or watch the replays in your own time.
I’d love you to come an check it out, which you can do for free for two weeks. That way you can see if it’s as magical for you as for many others. It’s a great practice to get ‘out of the head’ and into the body!
