This is the second call for papers for the 23rd European Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security,(ECCWS 2024) The conference will be hosted by University of Jyväskylä, Finland on 27- 28 June 2024.
This call is open until the 6th December 2023.
ECCWS provides a forum for technical exchange about the study, management, development and implementation of systems and concepts to combat cyber warfare or to improve information systems security. There are several strong strands of research and interest that are developing in the area including the understanding of threats and risks to information systems, the development of a strong security culture, as well as incident detection and post incident investigation.
We invite contributions for academic research, case studies and work-in-progress/posters are also welcomed approaches. PhD Research, proposals for roundtable discussions, non-academic contributions and product demonstrations based on the main themes are also invited. A prize will be awarded to the best PhD paper and the best Poster.
We are also pleased to announce the following Mini Tracks at the conference so far:
Advancing Education for Cyber Security, Cyber Defence and Cyber Warfare
Evolved Cyber-Physical Systems Cybersecurity and Cyber-Ranges
Information Warfare: Modelling and Mitigating Misinformation
Cybersecurity and the role of AI

Papers accepted for the ECCWS 2024 will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to author registration and payment. The conference proceedings have an ISSN (2049-9870) and will be assigned an ISBN on publication.
