We typically publicise clinics on the list and in Teams around a week in advance, then again on the day. We used to send the final reminder the day before but found doing it on the day was far more effective. You make a good point about folks who only receive the digest though, so in future - if it doesn't bother list members to receive too many reminders - we will add a 'day before' reminder as well.

Thanks for this. I receive this and many other comms through jiscmail lists, but as digests that get sent out on a daily basis, rather than being deluged by many individual emails.
If you have any more clinics coming up, please could you give a day's notice as a reminder, rather than on the day itself, so those receiving digests can see it? Thank you.
