Dear friend,
It is a pleasure to offer you a copy of EXPRESSION 41. Step by step
the new trends of conceptual anthropology are spreading over to
various aspects of the traditional archeology, from the meaning of
standing menhirs (what is their meaning?) to that of male and female
figurines found in Neolithic temples (what is their task?), to the
function of foot-prints in rock art (why?), to the concepts of the
moving shadows in stone circles (do you notice them?). Debates are
facing new concepts, methods and interpretations. New cultural
vitality is acquired by the research of meaning. What can mute stones
tell us? How can new ideas stimulate culture? You are welcome to join
the debates.
