That sounds like a good question for the ABCD folks, rather than the FSL folks.

It's my understanding that the ABCD DWI data are only acquired in the AP direction, but TOPUP requires an acquisition in the PA direction. It's also my understanding that TOPUP has been successfully run on the ABCD data. But I'm unclear on what file is used for the PA direction and how to modify the HCP pipelines/FSL commands to use that data.
